- Utilizes ionizing radiation to create diagnostic imaging radiographs of designated anatomical areas in accordance with established practices and procedures of all age groups.
- Obtains patient history, explains routine procedures and addresses patient concerns.
- Provides appropriate patient care following the Radiology Gold Service Excellence guidelines to achieve successful completion of procedure.
- Exercise professional judgment in the performance of this service following the Code of Conduct of the ARRT.
- Contribute as a team member to enhance job stewardship mindful of Internal and External customer service standards.
- ARRT registry required.
- Experience with GE OEC 9900 Vascular C-arms, and ISO C-arms, as well as feeling extremely comfortable running the O-arm.
- Experience with general diagnostics in a trauma setting, GI/GU Procedures, portable procedures, and Digital Imaging experience with wireless.
CPR certification.
4-10 hour shifts or 5-8 hour shifts and every 5th weekend.
On call is required.
