Lead flow is consistent, but volume can fluctuate depending on seasonal and weather-driven demand. Qualifications What You Need * Background in high-ticket, residential consumer-facing sales (In-Home services preferred). * Strong presentation skills with a natural ability to close on the first meeting. * HVAC knowledge helpful (training provided) * Clear driving record, plus successful completion of a background check and drug screen. * Comfortable working in variable field environments (extreme heat/cold in attics or tight spaces).
