Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and quality systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Manual dexterity to handle and inspect parts
Must pass background check, pre-employment physical and drug screeening.
