Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime Available

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll help keep equipment and the facility running smoothly through routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
- Perform routine maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues (training available for other areas)
- Maintain building systems (lighting, basic plumbing, general upkeep)
- Complete preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and documentation
- Maintain air compressors and compressed air systems
- Assist with facility upkeep (painting, grounds, minor repairs)
- Support snow removal and outdoor maintenance
- Follow safety procedures (Lockout/Tagout, PPE)
- Communicate maintenance needs and repair updates
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude (work, school, or hands-on experience)
- Ability to use basic tools and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Willingness to learn — electrical experience NOT required
Preferred (Not Required)
- Welding or fabrication experience
- HVAC or general maintenance experience
- Industrial or manufacturing background
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to work overtime and respond to occasional call-ins
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to noise and heat
- Physical role: standing, bending, climbing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
