At All Needs Home Care, we pride ourselves in taking care of those in need, as a Licensed Practical Nurse your duties would include, but not be limited to;
- Administering medications, taking vital signs( blood pressure, tempature, pulse), and assisting in basic hygiene and mobility..
- Observing patients for changes in their conditions, reporting any concerns to RN or physicians and documenting observations.
- Helping patients with activities of daily living, such at bathing, eating, dressing, and assisting with procedures such as wound care, bandage changes, changing catheter care.
- Providing simple instructions to patients and their families about medications, wound care, and other aspects of their care.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, including medication administration records, vital signs, and other observations.
- Working collaboratively with health care professionals, such as RNs, physicians, and therapist to provide comprehensive care.
- Adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
