Responsibilities:
- Independently set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Utilize Mastercam to program or make necessary edits to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance and conduct regular inspections to maintain tight tolerances and minimize rework.
- Navigate Fanuc controllers with ease to troubleshoot and optimize machining cycles.
- Work closely with the team to meet production goals and maintain a safe, organized shop environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist. Candidates with significant, long-term experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mastercam is required for this role.
- Extensive familiarity with Fanuc controllers.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings.
