1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Mon-Thu)
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (Mon-Thu) | Includes $1/hr Shift Premium
3rd Shift: 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM (Mon-Thu) | Includes $1/hr Shift Premium
Overtime: High earning potential! During peak summer periods, expect 50+ hours per week, including Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for a specific stage of the production lifecycle. We are looking for hands-on talent for the following areas:
- Panel Sizing: Ensuring precision cuts on boards used for custom construction.
- General Assembly: Utilizing tools to transform components into frames and units.
- Hardware Integration: Attaching tracks, handles, and ergonomic solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Performing final visual and structural checks to ensure the product lasts for generations.
- Shipping & Logistics: Strategically wrapping and packing finished goods for national distribution.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A background in construction, hand tool usage, or related field is desired.
- Ability to stand for 10+ hours per shift.
- Comfort with regular bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be 18 years of age.
