We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our client in the Insurance industry. This will be fully remote during ET business hours, on a project basis - part time hours.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to produce creative and eye-catching designs for email marketing, social media, and website platforms, utilizing existing assets as well as creating from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and effective graphics for email marketing, social media, and website platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives
- Utilize existing assets and create new designs from scratch
- Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts to the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the Insurance industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva; Premier is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work
- Experience designing for email marketing, social media, and website platforms
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
