- Assisting patients with personal hygiene. (Bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Helping patients with mobility. (Transferring, ambulation)
- Serving meals and assisting with feeding patients.
- Monitoring vital signs.(Temperature, pulse, blood pressure)
- Providing comfort and emotional support.
- Answering call lights and responding to patient needs promptly.
- Documenting care provided and patient observations
