At All Home Care Services, we pride ourselves in taking care of those in need. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your duties will include, but not limit to:
- Administering medications, taking vital signs( tempeture, pulse, blood pressure), and assisting with basic hygiene and mobility.
- Observing patients for changes in their condition, reporting any concerns to the RN or Physian, and documenting observations.
- Helping patients with activities of daily living, such as eating, bathing, dressing, and assisting with procedures like dressing changes and catheter care.
- Providing simple instructions to patients and their family about medications, wound care and other aspects of their care.
- Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, including medication administration records, vital signs and other observations.
- Working collaboratively with other health care professionals, such as RNs, Physicians and Therapist, to provide comprehensive patient care
- Adhering to infection control protocols, ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff.
