ABA Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)
Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans in home, school, and community settings while supporting clients through behavior intervention strategies and skill development programs.
O*NET: 31-9099.01 – Behavioral Health Technicians
Pay Range: $18–$27/hour

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Develop and oversee treatment programs, supervise staff and caseloads, implement behavior plans, and support client treatment goals while maintaining billable service expectations.
O*NET: 19-3039.01 – Clinical and Counseling Psychologists / Behavior Analysts
Pay Range: $75,000–$105,000/year

Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Provide evaluations and treatment for speech, language, and swallowing disorders while developing individualized therapy plans and educating families and caregivers.
O*NET: 29-1127.00 – Speech-Language Pathologists
Pay Range: $40–$65/hour
