As a Senior Product Manager focused on Connected Vehicle Antenna Solutions, you will lead front-end market strategy, customer engagement, and commercial growth across North America. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on product direction, OEM relationships, and future connected vehicle platforms.
You will work at the intersection of product management, commercial strategy, and business development, helping shape next-generation vehicle connectivity technologies that support evolving automotive architectures, telematics, and intelligent mobility solutions.

What You Will Do
Drive front-end growth by identifying, shaping, and converting new opportunities into awarded programs across North America
Engage customers early in design and platform planning, partnering with sales to influence specifications and position Molex solutions to win
Own the commercial strategy for the NA market, defining target customers, applications, and how to win in a competitive, evolving market
Translate market insights and customer needs into product strategy and roadmap direction, supporting long-term growth priorities
Lead cross-functional execution, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and sales to deliver technically sound, commercially competitive solutions
Lead the customer quotation process ensuring accurate, timely and competitive proposals while challenging inputs to improve outcomes and accountability
Communicate a clear value proposition, connecting Molex's Antenna technologies, and connectivity capabilities to customer outcomes
Build strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner to influence future platform decisions
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, using insights to refine strategy and proactively position Molex
Drive profitability through cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and best practice sharing across teams
Influence future product investment decisions and platform strategies through market intelligence, customer engagement, and competitive positioning
Support the growth of emerging connected vehicle technologies including telematics, wireless communication systems, and evolving vehicle architectures
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in automotive, with a focus on engineering, product management, technical business development or commercial roles within a Tier 1 supplier environment
Experience developing and executing product strategies, including product lifecycle management from concept to market
Demonstrated ability to translate market insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into actionable business strategies
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams to deliver complex solutions
Proven ability to lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, profitability, or operational improvements
Experience working in a global environment with cross-regional collaboration
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with technical or commercial focus
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience with vehicle electrical architecture or connectivity systems within the automotive industry
Direct experience with automotive antenna systems, RF technologies, telematics, or connected vehicle solutions strongly preferred
Experience influencing product roadmaps and investment decisions within a matrix organization
Background in both technical and commercial roles, with the ability to bridge engineering and customer-facing discussions
Experience supporting or leading customer quotation processes and negotiating commercial outcomes
Proven track record of winning new business
Familiarity with tools such as CAD or CATIA
Experience in high-growth or emerging technology environments (e.g., EV, connected vehicle platforms, or startup exposure)
