We are hiring a Technician Recognition Program Coordinator in Allen Park, MI. This temporary role is ideal for candidates with strong customer service, communication, and program coordination experience who enjoy supporting engagement and recognition initiatives in the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
Manage technician inquiries through a shared email inbox
Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve questions and issues
Track technician engagement, recognition milestones, and incentive activity
Maintain program documents, FAQs, and communication templates
Support technician award programs and recognition events
Help improve program processes and communication materials
Ensure all communications meet company and brand standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of customer service, program coordination, or communications experience
Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Automotive industry or OEM experience is a plus
Experience with incentive or loyalty programs preferred
