Pay: $22.00/hour + $1.50 shift premium ($23.50/hour total)

Personnel World is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a growing and well-established facility in Mason. If you take pride in producing clean, high-quality welds and want steady, full-time work—this is a strong opportunity to join a dependable team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform MIG welding using .035” and .045” wire
- Complete vertical up, vertical down, flat, and horizontal welds
- Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
- Fit, tack, weld, and finish components to specification
- Ensure clean weld appearance and proper penetration
- Measure materials and maintain tight tolerances
- Inspect finished welds to meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of MIG welding experience (required)
- Hands-on experience with .035” and .045” wire
- Confidence in performing vertical up/down welds
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Experience welding steel and/or aluminum preferred
- Ability to pass a weld test and measurement test
- AWS certification is a plus (not required)
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
- Crane experience is a plus, all new starts will go through a crane certification course for this role.
