What you will do:
Assist the Service Department with daily administrative and operational tasks within our CTS system
Support work order management, including creating, updating, and closing service tickets
Enter and maintain accurate customer, equipment, and service data in company systems
Assist with scheduling-related tasks and communication between technicians, coordinators, and customers
Help organize service documentation, reports, and project-related files
Review incoming service requests and ensure information is complete and properly documented
Support internal teams with follow-up tasks, status updates, and general coordination activities
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to help streamline department processes
Minimum Qualifications:
Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Ability to commute to Auburn Hills, MI Office without relocation
