Job Description: Summit Mfg. Corp. is seeking qualified team members for industrial assembly positions. The ideal candidates will have basic knowledge of hand tools, the ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure, and proven success in hands-on work. Manufacturing experience is valuable but not necessary, as on-the-job training is available. This role is fitting for someone with a strong drive for growth and the ability to work overtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in industrial assembly work, including grinding and print reading.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including forklifts.
- Follow instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Skills Needed:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Ability to consistently and accurately use a tape measure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of basic manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to Implement:
- Ability to perform physical labor tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
