Job Overview
We’re hiring an Injection Molding Operator to support production at our Pellston facility. You’ll remove parts from injection molding machines, inspect for quality, complete documentation, and help maintain smooth production flow. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
- Pull molded parts, inspect for defects, and ensure accuracy.
- Pack and label parts according to documentation.
- Maintain daily production records.
- Follow safety, quality, and work instructions at all times.
Skills Needed
- Clear communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Basic math and documentation skills.
- Strong teamwork and time management.
Knowledge Required
- Basic understanding of injection molding processes.
- Familiarity with quality checks and identifying defects.
