- Supervise all aspects of the shop floor
- Supervise the skilled labor positions
- Attend the SOP meetings
- Work with the Operations manager to understand the needs of the company
- Assign production schedules to emnsure that all the production builds and schedules are met.
- Supervise the fanrication/sanding and paint depts and coordinate with electrical/routing/finishing and graphics dept.
- Understand and review drawings to be sure the specificationsare clear and can be accomplished in the manuacturing process.
- Oversee any training of new and existing personnel.
- Responsible for safety OSHA rules
- Hold weekly communication meetings with employees
- Have great MIG/TIG WELDING skills able to train and oversee that dept.
- 5 year plus experince in the manufacturing trade as a supervisor
