The Advance Group is hiring a Property Maintenance Technician in Southgate, MI. This full-time role supports multiple residential, commercial, and industrial properties, with occasional travel to Wixom and Bloomfield Township.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform general building and property maintenance, including cleaning and grounds upkeep
- Complete carpentry repairs and painting (walls, woodwork, metal surfaces)
- Handle basic electrical maintenance (light fixtures, ballasts, fuses, breaker resets)
- Perform plumbing repairs (leaks, valves, faucets, toilets)
- Conduct general repairs (concrete/asphalt patching, signage installation, ceiling tile replacement)
Requirements
- 2+ years of property, facilities, or building maintenance experience
- Experience working with residential, commercial, or industrial properties
- Contractor, electrical, or plumbing licenses are a plus
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation & Perks
