We're looking for a reliable Marketing Assistant to support our PR and administrative finance tasks remotely. Training is provided, and candidates with transferable skills or non-traditional backgrounds are welcome. Job Requirements: What You'll Do: - Help maintain the company's social media presence - Communicate with contractors and assist with advertising activities - Coordinate advertising payments and basic financial reporting - Ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - College education preferred but not required; equivalent experience will be considered - Ability to maintain an active bank account capable of receiving and sending transfers via online banking - Strong attention to detail and reliability Candidates must be able to pass a background check confirming no serious criminal history.
