Services * Career Path: Technician - Lead - Supervisor - Manager - Director What You'll Do You'll be out in the field keeping our network strong, reliable, and ready for anything: * Troubleshoot and repair HFC (Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial) networks * Test and optimize signal performance * Maintain key network equipment (nodes, fiber systems, power supplies) * Perform fiber splicing and activation * Handle outages and support emergency restoration * Conduct preventative maintenance and system balancing * Identify signal leakage and ensure compliance * Support network expansion and serviceability * Deliver excellent customer service while representing WOW ! professionally What You Bring * Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting/repairing in HFC networks is highly preferred * Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers * Enjoy working outdoors and staying active * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Comfortable learning technical skills and using tools * Ability to explain things clearly to customers * Flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, on-call rotation) * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What the Job Is Really Like This is not a desk job-and that's the point. * Working outdoors in all weather conditions * Climbing ladders, working on poles/roofs, and in tight spaces (attics, crawl spaces) * Lifting up to 90 lbs. and handling tools/equipment * Operating company vehicles safely * Working near electrical equipment and power lines Why WOW!
