In this role, you will guide customers through their transformation to an AI-powered workplace by leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, agent-based automation, and modern security architecture to drive measurable outcomes such as increased productivity, reduced risk, and improved return on Microsoft investments.\n \nAs a trusted advisor, you will help customers align people, process, data, and technology while representing Softchoice as a leader in modern workplace and AI innovation.\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nCustomer Strategy & Advisory\n \n \n * Lead outcome-focused conversations that align Microsoft technology with business strategy. \n * Develop AI, collaboration, security, and employee experience roadmaps grounded in customer priorities. \n * Lead customers through AI readiness, Copilot adoption, governance, and organizational change, including executive alignment and end-user enablement strategies. \n * Bridge executive vision with IT execution across hybrid and cloud-first environments. \nSolution Architecture & Delivery\n \n \n * Architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and OneDrive. \n * Design Copilot and agent-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform. \n * Define consulting and implementation scope through Statements of Work (SOWs). \n * Partner with delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable, and outcome-aligned implementations. \nAI, Automation & Governance\n \n \n * Design and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot and declarative agent solutions. \n * Architect automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. \n * Establish AI governance models and adoption measurement. \n * Lead customer-facing Copilot Studio demonstrations. \nSecurity, Identity & Compliance\n \n \n * Architect Zero Trust solutions using Microsoft Entra ID, Governance, and External ID. \n * Design integrated security architectures using Microsoft Defender XDR. \n * Architect data protection, insider risk, and compliance controls using Microsoft Purview. \n * Align security strategy with modern work and AI usage scenarios. \nEmployee Experience & Collaboration\n \n \n * Deliver and evolve employee experience solutions. \n * Enable Teams-centric collaboration. \nLeadership & Enablement\n \n \n * Enable sales and delivery teams on Microsoft modern workplace and AI solutions. \n * Lead through influence, collaboration, and technical credibility. \n * Contribute to internal IP, best practices, and go-to-market strategies. \n\nWhat you'll bring to the table:\n\nExperience & Expertise\n \n \n * 5+ years architecting, selling, or delivering Microsoft solutions. \n * Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Security. \n * Strong technical writing, stakeholder management, and advisory skills. \n\nCore Technologies\n \n \n * Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive). \n * Microsoft 365 Copilot & Copilot Studio. \n * Microsoft Entra (ID, Governance, External ID). \n * Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Purview. \n * Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). \nAdditional Requirements\n \n \n * Understanding of project management principles and their application to Statement of Work (SOWs) \n * Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365, Security, or Power Platform). \n * Strong technical writing and communication skills \n * Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities \n * Self-starter with strong leadership skills \n \n \n * Experience supporting enterprise Copilot pilots or large-scale rollouts. \n * Consulting or professional services background. \n * Ability to travel up to 15% \n * Ability to travel between the US and Canada. \nEducation\n \n \n * College diploma or equivalent experience in business, computer science, or information systems (preferred) \n\nCompensation:\n\nA reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $124,320 to $155,400 annually + 30% target incentives.\n\nActual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification.
