Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Summary: The Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative assists the Plant Manager in ensuring customer needs are met and any assigned administrative duties are completed. This person communicates with customers, vendors, and all personnel plant wide.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Greet and direct customers, vendors, and visitors
- Coordinate and oversee progression of customer orders, ensuring promised delivery dates
- Arrange outside vendors as required
- Develop and produce necessary reports to assist management
- Maintain an accurate and organized filing system
- Prepare, audit, and forward payroll, accounts payable, and other required information to appropriate personnel
- Assist plant manager with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to use multi-line phone systems, computers, and other office equipment
