Job Title: Water Truck Driver
Location: Northville, MI
Reports to (job title): Tony Macioci
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and drive water truck safely through the yard
- Perform daily pre-trip inspections and maintenance checks on the water truck
- Ensure the water truck is equipped with all necessary tools and equipment for the job
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while driving and operating the water truck
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents to management immediately
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to water truck driving and operation
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDL-A with endorsements
- Ability to perform duties such as climbing in and out of the truck, lifting hoses, and performing basic maintenance tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with the team, clients, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to driving and operating a water truck
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as required
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
