Daily Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical issues across corporate fleet vehicles
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safety and optimal performance
Collaborate with Engineering teams to identify root causes of vehicle quality concerns
Document repairs, findings, and technical insights accurately and thoroughly
Support Engineering with testing, data collection, and special projects
Follow all safety protocols and compliance standards
Requirements
Proven experience as an automotive or fleet technician
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Chrysler dealership environment
