What Gets You Hired
Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
CNC machine operation experience strongly preferred
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to use measuring tools accurately
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

What You'll Be Doing
Operate metal fabrication machinery such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, punch machines, and forming equipment
Set up and adjust machines based on work orders, blueprints, and job specifications
Read measuring tools, templates, scales, and rulers to ensure accurate dimensions
Position stops, guides, and materials for precise cutting and forming
Inspect finished parts to verify quality and conformance to specifications
Load and unload metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structural materials safely
Perform routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and production standards
