What It Takes to Crush It
1-2 years of assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical build experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You'll Be Cranking Out
Assemble products based on customer specifications, blueprints, and work instructions
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical documents
Develop assembly plans and determine efficient procedures using experience and product knowledge
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete assemblies accurately
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality, fit, and function standards are met
Troubleshoot assembly issues and make adjustments as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production teams to meet deadlines
