Position Overview
Reino Linen is seeking dependable individuals to join their production team as Soil Sorters. This role is responsible for sorting soiled linens on a moving conveyor belt and ensuring items are properly placed for processing. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that plays a key role in delivering quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort soiled linen from a moving conveyor belt into designated carts or slings
- Follow all standard operating procedures and production guidelines
- Meet daily production and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety rules and policies
- Work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Remain flexible to work extended hours as needed
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Additional Duties
- Cross-train in other production areas based on business needs
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Ability to bend, twist, lift, and pull consistently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Positive attitude and ability to follow directions
