Who are we looking for? An entry-level professional in the field of Geoscience. Uses professional concepts to resolve problems of limited scope and complexity. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: * Recommendations: Advise managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents. * Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats. * Solutions Analysis: Interpret data and identify possible answers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents. * Improvement/Innovation: Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine support services. * Geoscientific Studies and Interpretations: Contribute to well proposals by analyzing and interpreting geological/geophysical field data. * Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate risks and to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others. * Performance Management: Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance. Education * Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Experience * General Experience: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years) * Managerial Experience: Very limited (0 to 3 months) #LI-JS1 Benefits: * 401K - Employees are eligible to participate on the first day of the month following 3 months of service * Paid time off - Our PTO benefit is designed to provide eligible employees with a period of rest and relaxation, sick, and personal time throughout the year. Holiday pay will be based on the regular set schedule for the employee * Wellness Benefit- Regular full-term employees are eligible to participate in the wellness reimbursement program. GHD will reimburse 50% of the cost of the following to maximum of $250.00 reimbursement annually for such items as: Health club membership fees, Home exercise equipment purchases, Bicycles, Race, run & marathon entrance fees, Smoking cessation programs, Weight loss programs (i.e.-Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig), Fitbits and Fitness Tracking devices Salary Range: $28.14 - $46/89 based on experience and location.
