Receptionist - Traverse City Three Mile Office
The Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service by
answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring smooth office
operations through tasks such as managing mail, shipments, and office supplies.
This role also involves handling administrative duties such as documenting
incoming checks, assisting with tax department mailings, and supporting
business office functions like purchase orders and bank reconciliations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required.
One to two years of experience in an office, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
Full-time, year-round. $18.15 per hour.
