Summary:
Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with any golf or resort related services.
Responsibilities:
· Promptly answer telephone calls using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information
· Answer questions regarding resort facilities and services, directions, etc.
· Schedule tee times
· Answer basic merchandise questions for guest and other departments of the resort
· Maintain the driving range (set up, tear down, and picking the range balls)
· Maintain and inspect the golf cart fleet before and after each use
· Maintain and inspect all rental equipment before and after each use
· Assist with tournament/outing operations
· Assist customers with their equipment
· Act as the starter/ranger when needed
· Maintain a clean and inviting Pro Shop
· Open and close Pro Shop
· Assist Golf Pro/Manager with any other golf or resort matters when requested
Hourly rate: $14/hr
