Motion Recruitment Partners, LLC seeks a Sr. RF Optimization Engineer in Troy, MI to conduct RF performance activities in customer projects independently, according to project plan and in project manager’s guidance. Analyze KPIs, investigate and resolve network quality problems. Implement new features and tune radio network parameters. Manage network performance including trending, analysis, monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting. Review daily KPI reports and identify sites with performance degradation issues. Detect network performance problems and work out solution methods on throughput issues, drop call rates, and access failures. Manage radio resource functionalities including handover control, admission control, and capacity management. Work on alarm management, performance suite management, and parameter configuration. Work may be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Work from home is available
