What You'll Do Each Day
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead and support the housekeeping team in delivering exceptional service. You will promote a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while ensuring high standards of quality throughout the property. In this role, you will focus on maximizing guest satisfaction, protecting company assets, and managing operations efficiently to control costs.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to meet performance standards
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met
Manage daily staff assignments and scheduling
Monitor inventory levels and control supply costs
Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
