Design and develop cutting edge algorithms and software in support of wafer inspection/review and metrology systems. Write robust production quality code. Identify user needs and engage with marketing on product requirements. Own prototype to production to validation of new software or machine learning, deep learning and signal processing algorithms. Employ various deep learning and machine learning deployment and bridge with conventional parameter estimation and signal modeling techniques. Apply signal processing techniques to maximize signal to noise ratio. Find new and customized algorithm solutions through comprehensive data analysis to improve KLA’s products. Develop end to end solutions that take into account the system, measurement pipeline, the user experience, and the use case requirements. Work in a cross functional organization to resolve complex computing issues and drive systems integration of algorithms and codes. Apply advanced software engineering and computer/information research background to develop algorithms and codes. Hybrid work schedule permitted. Salary range: $153,900 - $188,400 per year.
Minimum requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
