Qualifications:
- Have an LMSW from the State of Michigan Department of Consumer and Industry Services
- Two years of experience as a licensed Social Worker/IDD Care Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire and oversee department personnel.
- Direct training for agency staff.
- Coordinate department activities, assignments, and priorities.
- Provide oversight and compliance with standards and regulations.
- Direct staff in treatment and support planning.
- Coordinate with clinical staff for service provision.
- Supervise traditional case management functions.
- Verify and approve exceptions to provider budgets.
- Participate in Agency committee groups for functions and reviews
