Role and Responsibilities
· Develop community partnerships to support residents with vocational exploration and job searches
· Lead skill-building activities to increase resident engagement in productive tasks
· Maintain strict resident confidentiality
· Provide supervision during vocational sessions to ensure safety
· Collaborate with the Day Treatment Program team at the Manchester location
· Document vocational sessions and submit payroll information accurately and on time
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in human services, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred
· Experience working in behavioral health, vocational services, or a supportive residential setting is beneficial
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in dynamic situations
· Flexible, motivated, and able to adapt to changing resident and program needs
· Effective communication skills for engaging with residents, community partners, and team members
· Comfortable facilitating structured activities and providing supervision in group or individual settings
· Interest in gardening and farm animal care
Additional Notes
Full-time Tuesday–Saturday availability, with at least one weekly 11:30–8 shift.
