We are currenty hiring for the following position:
POSITION TITLE: Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
REPORTS TO: Lawn Production Manager
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Seasonal
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
A lawn maintenance crew member is responsible for maintaining both commercial and residential properties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Commercial and residential mowing
- Use of hand tools including power equipment (i.e. string trimmers, stick edgers, blowers)
- Pruning shrubbery and trees
- Engage in positive interactions with customers and homeowners
- Serves as a reliable source of contact throughout the day
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor environment
- Attention to detail and detail oriented
- Delivers quality work and services
- Lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time
- Maintain a steady pace throughout day in extreme weather conditions
- Work collaboratively in a team environment
- Maintain good attendance and report to work on time everyday
