Position Summary:
This position plays a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and completion of projects in the Robert and Mary Pew Faculty Teaching and Learning Center. This role supports and contributes to a dynamic portfolio of professional development programs, including consultations, workshops, orientations, learning communities, and mentoring programs. Collaborating closely with a small team of faculty and staff, responsibilities include managing program logistics, updating website content, and maintaining project/program documentation.
Salary: $50,000

Primary Duties:
• Work closely with the Program Manager to plan and execute programming and services of the Center, with the expectation that they will lead select program planning and execution.
• Maintain, process, and present Center activity data using database and spreadsheet applications.
• Design and manage the Center's website and LinkedIn promotion.
• Collaborate with Center staff on marketing, program planning, assessment and strategic planning activities.
• Supervise student colleague work on a project basis.
• As part of our deeply collaborative approach, maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with campus partners.
• Perform other duties as required/assigned by leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Professional experience in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing collaborative projects.
• Ability to work independently to organize and prioritize workload.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact collaboratively and professionally with diverse groups and constituencies throughout the university.
• Intercultural understanding and awareness required to contribute to a healthy, inclusive working and learning environment.
• Experience with website content production, design, and layout.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of software applications (e.g. Microsoft365, Adobe Acrobat, social media, project management).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Master's degree
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with teaching and learning issues in higher education
• Demonstrated experience with faculty professional development
• Educational development experience.
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
