Requires a valid CDL and one year of experience or a CDL school certificate. - Diesel Technicians: Starting pay is $25-$35 per hour based on certifications, monthly tool allowance, and provided gear. - Industrial Service Technicians/Laborers - Starting pay is $18-$20/hr.
