Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Onsite)
Pay: Up to $26/hour
Schedule: Part-time, 20-24 hours per week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations within a fast-paced Human Resources department. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and experience in HR administration, data entry, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain employee records (electronic and paper)
Support HR processes including talent acquisition, benefits, and employee relations
Schedule interviews and coordinate conference room bookings
Process purchase requests, expense reports, and check requests
Assist with mail distribution, shipping, and office supply management
Coordinate HR events, meetings, and team activities
Submit facilities and maintenance requests
Provide general administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma required
1-3 years of administrative experience (HR experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
