Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with WorkForce Software application
- Direct configuration/administration experience with:
- Time and Attendance module
- Standard and Job Scheduling module
- Absence Case Tracking module
- Reporting capabilities
- Strong understanding of timekeeping regulations and leave of absence rules
- Proven ability to support multiple phases of software deployment lifecycle
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Creative problem-solving mindset with solution-oriented approach
- Ability to work on-site 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of union and non-union workforce requirements
- Familiarity with manufacturing shift operations and scheduling complexity
- Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees)
- Understanding of Canadian labor regulations and timekeeping requirements
- Project management or business analysis experience
