Sales Representative Responsibilities —
- Acquire full knowledge of our product line, features and accessories available for purchase
- Show product in the showroom, at off-site displays or shows, and demonstrate boats on the water
- Introduce customers to the dealership team to emphasize the quality and efficiency of dealership’s service operations
- Actively participate in boat shows and other off-site promotions
- Maintain CRM database
Sales Representative Qualifications —
-Motivation to sell
-Passion for and knowledge of boating
-Superior customer service skills
-Proficient with Microsoft products/willingness and ability to learn new software and effectively utilize the internet and social media sites.
-Ability to follow specific procedures for lead management, sales and closings.
-Present a professional image
-Ability to work 6 days a week at high demand times
