Beacon Hill's client, a product liability firm that focuses on the automotive industry, is seeking Contract Litigation Attorneys and is looking to move quickly. This is a substantive litigation role supporting automotive cases with a focus on lemon law. Prior lemon law experience is a plus, but not required. The firm is seeking attorneys to assist with active matters, many of which are expected to proceed to trial, offering hands-on experience. * Position: Contract Litigation Attorney * Location: Remote, but candidates must be living and licensed in California * Optional onsite workspace is available in the firm's offices located in Los Angeles, San Jose, San Diego, and Costa Mesa. * Start: ASAP * Duration: Ongoing, with potential for direct hire * Conflicts: Candidates with exclusively plaintiff-side experience * Pay: $75/hour Qualifications: * Active California bar license in good standing required * Substantive litigation experience is required. Candidates with recent document review experience will be considered, provided they have prior substantive litigation experience.
