Why This Role Stands Out * Base Salary: $55,000/year * Uncapped Commission: Your success = your income! * Six-Figure Earning Potential! * Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) with company match * PTO, Paid Holidays, and Tuition Reimbursement * Discounted WOW! broadband services What You'll Do In this role, you'll own your territory and drive new business by: * Prospect, develop, and close new business within your assigned territory * Engage decision-makers and become a trusted advisor to SMB customers * From first contact to close, you're in control of your deals * Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas * Position WOW!'s broadband, internet, and voice solutions with confidence * Use Salesforce to track activity, forecast, and maximize efficiency * Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience What You Bring We're looking for someone who is: * A self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong drive to win * Comfortable working in the field ~80% of the time * Skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and closing * Organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills * Familiar with Microsoft Office * A valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Outside sales experience is a plus-but not required * If you're motivated and coachable, we'll help you succeed.
