- Pour resin onto the fiberglass sheets in mold according to production specification sheets
- Use counter to track number of parts produced
- Clean debris from mold by spraying with air hose prior to beginning process then apply molld wax
- Pour specified amount of resin mixture into buckets using dipsticks
- Add catalyst to mixture and mix with air mixer
- Operate press
- Work safely following safety procedures
- Place fiberglass sheets on mold
- Place part on check fixture and record measurements
- Verify accuracy of water jets by calling robotics to run first part run on cutter and having them approve the first cut.
- Inspect the parts
- Adjust mold/press compression timing and mold temperatureas needed
- Replace empty resin barrel
