MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Must be able to research application frameworks and develop new cross-platform tools utilizing those frameworks.
- Create high-level design documents with visual diagrams of system architecture, functionality, and process flows.
- Design testing procedures to support end-to-end documented testing of proposed changes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
- Provide support for existing production applications, quickly resolving issues while also performing root cause analysis leading to corrective action to prevent future problems.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
- Some practical experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java / C / C++ / Python / JavaScript.
- Understanding of Git.
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively within tight, concurrent deadlines with accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- This is a hybrid position based out of either our Bingham Farms, MI or Schaumburg, IL office

- The starting pay is $24.00 per hour, but may be higher, depending on experience
