What It Takes to Run the Show.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
From Clock In to Clock Out.
Provide administrative support to multiple advisor teams in a fast-paced environment
Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence and client documents
Manage document scanning, filing, and archiving across multiple systems
Process travel expenses, billing allocations, and related reports
Assist with time-sensitive client transactions, including quarterly tax payments
Support various administrative projects as needed
