Position Title:  Consumer Loan Processor I

Reports To:   Retail Credit Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Uploading direct consumer loans to the core system through LaserPro

• Accepts and verifies accuracy of indirect contracts submitted by dealerships and inputs into computer system
• Manages the indirect contract funding process and sends out funding email to dealerships
• Updates loan data into the financial institution’s computer system, and assembling of documentation for customer loans.
• Assists with collateral lien perfection tracking on consumer loans
• Performs variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures
• Answering departmental telephones and assisting external and internal customers with inquiries
• Assists with Termination Statement / Lien Release process
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• Previous banking experience preferred

Skills:

• Must present a positive, friendly attitude both in person and on the phone
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software, Xperience, and Synergy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize meeting deadlines
