Offers Base salary up to $90,000- $95,000/year and comprehensive benefits including: * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * HSA and FSA available * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off & company holidays * Tuition reimbursement for continued development * Employee broadband discounts What You'll Do: Include but are not limited to the following: Partner & Influence * Build strong relationships with leaders to align people strategies with business goals * Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, policies, and performance Drive Employee Experience * Lead and enhance onboarding to ensure new hires are set up for success from day one * Champion initiatives that improve engagement, inclusion, and culture Leverage Data & Insights * Use data and HR systems (Workday) to identify trends and guide decisions * Improve people programs through insights, feedback, and best practices Develop Talent * Partner with Learning & Development to align training with business needs * Support career development and growth across the organization Ensure Compliance & Consistency * Provide guidance on employment laws, leave programs, and policies * Mitigate risk while maintaining a positive employee experience Collaborate Across Teams * Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Centers of Excellence * Support workforce planning, hiring, and onboarding strategies What You Bring: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education & Experience * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 3+ years of progressive HR experience * Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment Environment Experience * Background working in remote or hybrid environments * Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams Preferred * HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) Key Skills for Success * Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to outcomes * Data-driven mindset with experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 tools * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and professionalism * High integrity and ability to handle confidential information Work Environment * This role operates in a professional office or remote environment, with occasional overtime as needed.
