Position Title: Engineering Architect IV
Position Duties:
Work on network KPI performance and optimization to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for day-to-day 5G RF optimization and performance and KPI monitoring of the network when it launches. Set up parameter process to document best parameters to use in nodes, cells, sites and core. Perform audits to troubleshoot and remediate errors. Report on 5G KPIs and customer experience and develop and review reports to see if they meet SLAs. Use equipment to test network and process drive test log files. Responsible for day-to-day RF market performance and cluster acceptance. Verify Software load update on performance improvement. Create best practices to launch other markets. May work from home 2-3 days/week. Work may be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the US.

Minimum Qualifications: US Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field and two (2) years of experience as an RF engineer or substantially similar position.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following: 5G; LTE TDD and FDD optimization; Actix; XCAL; XCAP; UNet; TEMs; and Agilent.
